The Team works alongside Ward staff providing specialist advice about palliative care. Palliative Care focuses on:

Emotional support for patients and their families

Teaching and education for other professionals
We also liaise closely with GP's, Community Macmillan Nurses, District Nurses, Hospice-at-Home, Hospices and Social Services.
