Patient feedback

Have you or a loved one recently been a patient in Basildon or Orsett Hospital? We would like to hear from you about your recent experience, whether good or bad. Feedback from our patients and visitors is very important, as it helps us to make improvements. You can give us your feedback in a number of ways:
