Feedback from our patients and visitors is very important, as it helps us to make improvements. You can give us your feedback in several ways.
Patient Feedback Survey
If you have a stay in hospital, you may be asked to complete a patient feedback survey. You will be asked five questions about your stay, which will be collected using a small computer-type machine. This information is used to improve our services.
If you are not asked for your views, you can still comment by filling in a comment card.
Comment Card
You will find comment cards in dispensers throughout our hospitals. Let us know what you think by filling one in, and handing it to a member of staff.Write to us
You can write to the ward or department where you received your care and treatment, or you can send in your feedback to PALS. Or you can email your comments to pals@btuh.nhs.uk
