The wards have a multidisciplinary approach to caring for patients to ensure progress is monitored and plans are developed for ongoing care whether it is home, or another care setting.Marjorie Warren ward specialises in the medical treatment of elderly female patients. The ward has a multi-disciplinary approach to caring for patients and health professionals meet regularly with carers and social services to discuss each patient's progress and develop a plan for their ongoing care. Outpatient services for Older People In addition to providing assessment for new medical problems in older patients, our staff specialise in management of chronic diseases, complex medical problems, falls, strokes and Osteoporosis.
