Key Information

This is a medical ward for children admitted with short acute illnesses or children suffering from long-term chronic illnesses requiring hospitalisation for ongoing treatment, for example Cystic Fibrosis. One of the beds is for high dependency care when children need one-to-one nursing during a serious illness, for example Meningitis.

Number of Beds: 16

Meal Times

Breakfast: 8am

Lunch: 11.45am

Supper: 5.45pm

Visiting Times

Parents: Open Visiting

Other visitors: 10am - 12pm and 2pm – 8pm (Other times by arrangement with ward staff)
